The problem
Sehat Clinics operates three branches across Lahore, each with its own receptionist handling appointment bookings, patient reminders, doctor schedule updates, and daily report compilation. Every branch was running on a mix of WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and Google Sheets — none of them talking to each other. Unified appointment intake — A single booking form replaced three separate WhatsApp inboxes. Submissions flowed into Airtable automatically, tagged by branch, doctor, and appointment type — instantly visible across all locations.

Automated patient reminders via WhatsApp — n8n workflows triggered personalised WhatsApp reminder messages at 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment. Patients could confirm or reschedule with a single reply, updating the system automatically.

Doctor schedule sync — Any change to a doctor's availability in the master sheet automatically updated the booking form and sent affected patients a rescheduling message — no receptionist involvement needed.

Automated weekly performance report — Every Sunday at 9pm, an n8n workflow compiled all three branches' appointment data, calculated attendance rates, revenue per doctor, and peak booking hours — then emailed a formatted PDF summary to the clinic director.

Results after 8 weeks
